DRYLOAD DROP SIDE SEMI-TRAILER

Dryload / Dropside trailers can be used to transport many kinds of objects, from boxes to bulk cargo. Its side panel can be opened and come between 500mm and 1000mm heights to suit cargo needs, and it is more convenient to unload cargo. This product is widely used by transportation companies in the logistics industry.

CHASSIS:
High tensile structural steel ‘I’ cut beams and cross memebers

3 X 12 ton axles with drum or disk brakes and liftable front axle

CHASSIS
ST-52 or Strenx 700MC high tensile structural steel.
‘I’ cut chassis beams with 5 to 8 mm thick vertical, and 10 to 20 mm thick horizontal plates and supporting cross memebers. Dimensions according to load capicity requirements in the chassis design specifications.

AXLES
9, 12, 14, 16 ton single or double wheel options according to load capacity specifications.
We can also use any other axle types and tonnage capacity according to our customer requirements.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Hidromas or Hidrosir brand hydraulics using the HYVA type system.
Different hydrualic brands systems according to customer specifications.

SUSPENSION
SAF, BPW or MPD brand air springs suspension systems in tandem with the same axle type.
Improved loading and unloading times, reduced fuel consumption, CO² emissions and accident risks.
The trailer lever is used for manual height adjustment, the level valve for automatic height adjustment, shock absorbers to receive trailer swing amplitudes and parabolic Z shears for air blowers.
Mechanical leaf spring suspension, or bogie type suspension options available.

BRAKES SYSTEM
WABCO or KNORR Bremse 2S/2M EBS Electronic Braking System.
EBS enables optimisation of the drive and braking operations.
ABS Anti-lock Braking System and TCS Traction Control System are integrated as basic functions within EBS. Electronic adjustment of the braking force in each respective braking situation can also reduce the wear in associated components – thus improving the cost-effectiveness of the entire braking system.
Acting like a black box, it also facilitates monitoring and maintenance of the braking system.

LANDING LEGS
JOST, SAF, or OMS brand 25 ton telescopic double speed mechanical landing gear.
25 ton dynamic lift and 50 ton static lift capacity.
Higher tonnage landing gear available if required.

KING PIN
2’’ or 3.5’’ JOST, SAF or OMS brand.
Semi-trailer king pin plate adequately reinforced according.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Saba or Aspöck electrical systems.
24 V 2×7 pin or 1×15 pin electrical socket compatable with 76/756/EEC.
Fully insulated wiring and plug-in installation.
L.E.D. coloured lights for brakes, turning signals and side markers.

BODY STRUCTURE
Hardox, Domex, or ST-52 high tensile structural steel.
Cutting process is performed in plasma cutting units with precision measurements.
Bending and welding operations are done with machines produced with superior technology.

LOADING RAMPS
Double Acting Hydraulic Ramp with Electrically Operated Hydraulic Lifts.
Ramp can be a suitable 2850 mm length and up to 1000mm wide.
Left and Right moving ramp option available.

DETACHABLE GOOSENECK
Folding Gooseneck with Hydraulic option.

REAR BUFFER
Manufactured and tested foldable rear buffer that complies with 70/221/ AT Standards.
Puenamatic lift folding option available.

PAINTING
Thorough clean of all surfaces with high pressure water and bonder chemical liquid.
Body touch-up with high adhesive paste for a smooth face finish.
Two coats of epoxy high rust resistant primer undercoat.
Two coats of acrylic paint finish in desired colour.
High adhesion primers and paints are procured from reputed manufacturers.
Colour co-ordination and standardisation for your fleet of vehicles.

PNEUMATIC SYSTEM
Pneumatic systems installed using a polyemid hose that is not affected by climate conditions.
Loss of time and fuel is minimized by preventing energy leaks and reducing air supply time.

SILENCER
Rubber magnets placed at a regular distance on chassis main ‘I’ beam , between the chassis and body to prevent wearing and noise.
